REFUND POLICY 

Little Brothers – Friends of the Elderly Upper Michigan Chapter (LBFE) is grateful for your donation and support of our organization. Your donation is an unconditional, voluntary, and non-refundable gift. Refunds are only granted for extenuating circumstances such as a system processing error or human error and are returned using the original method of payment. A request for a refund must be completed in writing to michigan@littlebrothers.org. The request may require supporting documentation and if approved, the refund will be executed within 30 days from receipt of the email. Processing fees associated with the donation are non-refundable. If the donor has filed a tax return claiming a charitable deduction for the refunded gift, the donor is responsible for contacting their tax advisor to determine if their tax return needs to be amended.
